Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes setting up the software to facilitate the five County organizations currently using an alternative to PeopleSoft. Four organizations use various time clocks and the fifth agency uses web-access to enter their time. As part of the software implementation all of the County’s pay code rules will be configured in the software regardless of whether the input is through time clocks or web entry. 5 The proposed system will provide a mechanism for employees to record their work, vacation, administrative hours and interface with the County’s financial system (PeopleSoft) to provide each employee their bi -weekly salary. The proposed system will provide a mechanism to allow employees to sign-off on their time sheet and their Supervisor the ability to approve the employee’s work hours.
