Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to enter into a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: Aerial Herbicide Application - Tebuthiuron (Spike 20P) Treatment. Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) in conjunction with Cedar City Field Office - Bureau of Land Management (CCFOBLM) is acquiring services in this contract to provide for improved wildlife habitat by aerial application of the herbicide Spike 20P (Tebuthiuron or equivalent herbicide with tebuthiuron as the active ingredient @ 20%) The work includes treating one project area totaling approximately 359 acres (Spike 20 – Tebuthiuron; granular). Bids should be submitted on a per/acre basis and total cost basis. Per acre and total bid prices will include all mobilization and operation costs. There will be no fuel surcharges or adjustments negotiated. There will be no government provided materials for this project including the herbicides. Bidders must have equipment capable of spreading granular Spike 20P. Bidders must provide references of prior aerial herbicide application experience. The contract will be awarded based on bid price; prior performance references as provider by the bidder, and will be evaluated and awarded at the sole discretion of the government.
