Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAILY Empty all wastebaskets/trashcans, replacing liners as needed, move garbage to dumpster in SW corner of the employee parking lot. Clean entrance doors and spot clean lobby glass. Spot clean walls, doors, door frames, kick plates, light switches. Clean, sanitize and polish drinking fountain. Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove debris. Wipe and polish all metal surfaces within reach. Damp mop all hard surface flooring to remove soil and spills. Vacuum entry mat and all indoor mats. Remove mats, vacuum/sweep underneath and replace. Spot clean as needed. Report all maintenance issues to Office Manager, by cell phone or text. Spot clean all interior glass and walls to remove spots, smudges and fingerprints. WEEKLY Clean and sanitize the outside of all wastebaskets and garbage cans, as needed. Dust all horizontal surfaces, straighten any magazines on lobby table. Wet wipe horizontal surfaces and wastebaskets/trashcans as needed to remove spills. Sweep the approach to the front door entryway. MONTHLY High dust up to 10' to include corners, door frames, edges, light fixtures and air vents. Clean door jambs and thresholds. Dust all accessible baseboards and window shades. Wipe down as needed to remove buildup and spots. Check for and remove cobwebs. Dust wildlife mounts using a feather duster. Vacuum all carpeted areas wall-to-wall using crevice tool to remove debris/dust, if necessary.
