Specifications include, but are not limited to: Software needed for: 1. Scheduling approximately 900+ staff members on a variety of shifts 2. Ensuring minimum staffing levels are met 3. SMS and/or e-mail notification of qualified and available staff of open shifts for which they can volunteer (or any other important information Sheriff’s Admin wishes to distribute) 4. Ensuring scheduled staff have the required minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities for the shift they’ve been assigned 5. Filling open shifts with available, qualified staff members 6. Distributing overtime in an equitable fashion The scheduling software needs to be accessible through and compatible with any internet connected electronic device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.)
