Specifications include, but are not limited to: ) The Contractor shall provide Catering Services including but not limited to advance sales; hiring and scheduling of all required staff; all necessary food preparation and service operations; and cleanup and restoration of service areas to the conditions established by the County ; exclusively market, sell and provide (using on-site, off-site and/or mobile kitchen facilities) innovative and high-quality Concessions Services for all scheduled events at the SPCC and MAEC; (1) Table service breakfast; (2) Table service lunch; (3) Table service dinner; (4) Buffet breakfast; (5) Buffet lunch; (6) Buffet dinner; (7) Served reception; (8) Hosted bar; (9) Cash bar; (10) Tradeshow concessions.
