The Respondent shall: Application receipt Current process: Implement a strategy to receive electronic applications, such as through responsible staff’s email. Maintain secure electronic application process to ensure client confidentiality (Password protected workstation and email account, utilizing secure mail communication, and secure file storage). Post ClientTrack implementation: Provide Program with staff responsible for application review, service tracking, and payment processing to be given appropriate rights within the ClientTrack system. Application Review Current process: Review applications within 3 business days of receipt. Conduct review to ensure application meets Program guidelines, such as, but not limited to; Client is currently eligible for Ryan White Part B support services, Application is complete, Lease or utility bill information is consistent with application and Program guidelines, and Client has not exceeded Program caps for EFA
