Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Qualifications to be provided: Education / certification, Years of experience, Facility and system types, Software proficiency (Facility Grid / Bluebeam / MS Word / BIM / CMMS (eMaint, Maximo, etc). 2. Customize the GMP-specific documentation described in the program specifications provided by CxM through digital documentation management system: a.) GMP Commissioning Plan b.) Issue Resolution Log c.) Construction checklists d). Site Observation Report d.) Functional test procedures e.) Commissioning final report f.) Systems Manual 3. Utilize the digital documentation platforms provided by the Owner’s CxM and contractor’s CxC’s. 4. Review Fault Detection Diagnostics (Skyspark) Implementation Plan provided by the CxM. 5. Attend campus specific system integration meetings with the Design teams and control contractors. (budget 3). 6. Attend GMP-specific system integration meetings with the CxC and control contractors. (budget 3). 7. Attend pre-construction meetings (budget 1 meeting per GMP). 8. Organize, lead and document Cx kick-off meetings for GMP construction and commissioning teams. 9. Organize, lead and document monthly Commissioning meetings during construction phase (budget 18 months average) 10. Organize, lead and document weekly Commissioning meetings during the functional testing phase (budget 12 weeks average)
