Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide dependable ground transportation to meet the needs of the traveling public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.daily at a minimum.2.Provide customer phone service at each counter with 24-hour, 7-day direct ring-down service to the ground transportation company/dispatch office.3.Operate the ground transportation lease at all times in a manner approved by the City.4.Acquire and pay for all operating permits, AVI tags and licenses, and remain current in payment of all commercial vehicle access fees.5.Comply with all applicable federal security requirements, Airport rules and regulations, and Ground Transportation regulations included in the Salt Lake City Code.6.Maintain all vehicles in good and safe operating order, free from known mechanical defects, and in a clean, neat, and attractive condition inside and out. 7.Offer reasonable service rates and provide to the City, upon request, a written listing of all service rates charged to customers.8.Provide the following services for its customers at the Airport:a.Accept cash and major credit cards;b.Provide reservation system for services;c.Provide prompt service.9.Select and employ a full-time, experienced manager, fully authorized to represent and act on behalf of the selected Respondent in all matters pertaining to the day-to-day operation of the ground transportation counter space lease.10.At all times, have managers, employees, and all trade dress, including vehicles, branded in accordance with the brand submitted in the RFP response.
