Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must have local representation, available via phone and email during local business hours. Vendor must be able to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. Vendor may have an out of state office, but must be able and willing to travel to meet end user at the end user’s location when circumstances require. Vendor must provide contact info for local representative; Vendor must provide a list of all the production and editing equipment and software that is available for use if awarded a contract under this RFSQ. This list should include cameras, sound equipment, lighting equipment, and editing equipment and programs. This list may be used in a subsequent standard procurement for evaluation purposes.
