Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified contractor to maintain and update OCAP, the online interview and document generation program used by the Utah State Courts. The purpose of this request for proposal is to seek a qualified vendor to provide the following services for the Online Court Assistance Program. Recommend changes to existing OCAP interviews and documents based on court rule, state statute and form changes. Make modifications to existing OCAP interviews and documents to improve program functionality and comply with rule, statute and document changes. Make changes to interviews and forms to support plain language efforts. Develop new interviews as directed by the advisory board Respond to email inquiries submitted to the OCAP web site. Provide referrals to legal resources when appropriate. Conduct regular trouble shooting to improve program functionality. Attend and participate in quarterly advisory board meetings and bi-weekly development team meetings. Provide semi-annual training on OCAP programs to court staff and other designated groups.
