Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ability to clock in at over 100 locations with multiple areas in each location. b. Flexible and multiple clocking options, for example biometric, key entry, badge swiping, fingerprint recognition, etc. Please identify your solutions. C. Ability for the employee to clock in from remote locations, while allowing the district to track the location where the employee clocks in. d. System should be able to work with electronic devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, etc. Should be able to work across all platforms, Windows, OSX, IOS, Android. e. Ability of employees to easily transfer between multiple jobs within the same day or shift. These multiple jobs may have differing pay schedules, accounts and/or approvers. f. System must be able to track leave, overtime, ACA eligibility, FLSA requirements, etc. This includes current and any future requirements. g. Ability to notify supervisors/approvers when an employee is nearing overtime. h. Ability to notify supervisors/approvers when an employee is nearing 30 hours per week for ACA tracking. i. Time and attendance should be easily reviewable by employee and approved by supervisor. k. Ability to implement hierarchical order for approvals of employee time. l. System should be able to tie payroll account number to job being performed by employee. m. Ability to integrate easily with our current financial and payroll solution. We are currently using alio by Weidenhammer. n. System that allows for easy report generation both in a canned report arena as well as the ability to create reports by querying data. Both of these options must be exportable to Microsoft Excel. (Provide example of look and format of exported data to Excel) o. Ability to customize time clock features to meet the district’s needs. p. Offeror must be able to provide adequate and timely customer support within 2 hours response time for issues with the system. q. Offeror must explain hardware requirements, power and electrical needs.
