Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A Shop Review Report must be completed for every shop performed and must include all supporting photographs, recordings or other media used to complete the shop. • The Shop Review Report must be completed and submitted to the City for each shop within one (1) week. Let’s change to state due at the end of each week. • The report and any related documents, photographs or recordings must be retained for a period of at least five (5) years and submitted to the City upon request. • The Shop Review Report must be written, detailed, dated and signed by the person who did the actual shop. We need something about when shops are due. They need to be in our office no later than the end of business each Thursday (Preferred), or we can say that they are due weekly…determined by our office. I don’t want the respondent to think they submit all shops at the end of the month. • The person(s) who did the shop must cooperate with the City as required in connection with the report for contract disputes, lawsuits, or any other purpose, including without limitation executing affidavits, and/or testifying under oath in connection with any legal proceedings as to the shop and the report
