The responsibilities of the Training Subcommittee include but are not limited to the following: Under the direction of the Project Advisory Board, develop and provide training and instruction in areas relevant and unique to the representation of juveniles in delinquency proceedings in Utah Develop and provide according to the given timeline and in compliance with grant specifications the Project’s quarterly training program and technical assistance deliverables: 11 legal trainings and four (4) practice tools; Travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and other Project activities; Update the Project Advisory Board, Program Director, Program Manager, and other stakeholders regularly at least once a month, on the progress of the Project; Work to maintain sustainability of programs beyond grant funding; Each subject JTIP certified training attorney will facilitate two (2) day-long training per grant year;
