Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Evaluate Existing Conditions and needs, System Wide. a) Conduct an assessment of current wayfinding, signage, and Graphics b) Identify landmark and destination points throughout the College. c) Review all modes of transportation and preferred routes and identify destination points. Include vehicular, pedestrian, and cyclist signage. Task 2: Provide recommendations on signage types and placement. a) Recommend wayfinding design types that should be changed, added, replaced, or consolidated. b) Explain and provide a detailed description of the recommended signage types and placement. c) Provide a project cost analysis for fabrication and implementation. Task 3: Design Standards. a) Establish graphics design standards for all HCC wayfinding. b) Develop an attractive readable and easily understood design. c) Where appropriate, provide guidance on integrating existing or future (HCC) College branding (logos).
