Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repoint mortar joints in granite masonry at the locations indicated on the drawings. Approximately 2,200 LF. Match existing mortar type and color. b. Cut and replace sealant joints at the base of the granite to concrete sidewalk joints at the SE corner of the courthouse as indicated on the drawings. Approximately 100 lf, utilizing Sonneborne NP-2 or equal product along with appropriate sized backer rod. c. Cut out and replace sealant joints at window frame to granite joints where indicated on the plans. Approximately 200 lf, utilizing Sonneborne NP-2 or equal. d. Where the foundation wall is currently exposed, remove and replace the existing foundation wall waterproofing. Approximately 2,000 sf; using Masterseal HLM 500 trowel grade with Masterseal accessories and components including drain / protection mat. e. Flash all existing foundation wall penetrations into the new waterproofing system per Masterseal HLM 500 specifications. f. Back fill and compact soil and replace landscaping.
