Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Turnkey removal, re-locate and re-installation of approximately 76 warehouse shelf and rack systems from 5201 Harry Hines MRD Garage to 2422 Butler. 2. Existing Sprinkler Lines will need to be removed from the existing rack system prior to moving. 3. Contractor is to assist owner with the removal of existing wire caging and contents as needed. Some contents are to be saved and reinstalled on new shelving. 4. Contractor is to provide layout shop drawing of layout for approval. The intent is to maximize storage space within the warehouse. 5. Contractor is to remove existing contents from existing shelving systems and cages and coordinate with District what items are to be kept or discarded. 6. Contractor is to clean area prior to relocating new shelving units from the 2nd floor of the Parkland ED Garage at 5201 Harry Hines. 7. Contractor to cut and grind flat extruding floor bolts from removed shelving. 8. Contractor is to relocate removed units to Parkland Butler Warehouse at 2422 Butler. 9. Contractor is to replace damaged or missing shelf parts and legs.
