Insurance Eligibility Management Verifying patient insurance eligibility, patient cost responsibilities, and and overall insurance billing process. Medicaid. Private Insurance (all major providers). 2. Customer Service Account Manager assigned to TTUHSC and clearly identified Contractor customer service touchpoints. Timely response to customer service requests. Training and documentation (appropriate depth and frequency). 3. Inventoy Management To include sufficient vaccine stock on hand and automated reorder process Provision of any necessary Hardware / Software. Turn Key (hassle free). 4. Service, Usability and Financial Impact User friendly system / processes. Reduced capital outlay for vaccine inventoty. Age-appropriate safety parameters for vaccine administration. Wider range of vaccine availability. Management / ownership of existing TTUHSC vaccine stock.
