Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Solution provides a hardware and software solution to record high-definition content in classrooms. 2. Hardware solution must be able to record at least two separate video streams and either balanced or unbalanced audio simultaneously. 3. Hardware solution must be able to record even with the loss of a video signal, audio signal, or network connectivity. 4. Software recording solutions need to be available for Microsoft Windows (version 7 or higher) and Mac OS (version 10x or higher). 5. Software version must at least record the resident PC’s desktop, video from an internal or external camera, and audio from an internal or external microphone. 6. Solution must be able to integrate with campus’ Blackboard Learning Management System or equivalent learning management system for student access to recordings. 7. Delivery of content to students and instructors must integrate with PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and similar devices. 8. Solution must provide a method for in-class or at-a-distance student engagement and assessment. This solution should be available for students and faculty without regard to the mobile device they utilize.
