Specifications include, but are not limited to: Company shall provide a Fleet Management Software (“FMS”) system and its related installation, configuration, implementation, testing and training as well as data conversion/migration if agreed upon by CPS Energy. The FMS software should capture and integrate numerous data sources, provide advanced analytics and data visualization as well as meet all specifications listed in Exhibit B, the attached document titled “Fleet Software Specifications.” The FMS software shall at a minimum be able to support the following data sources but not limited to SAP, Fuel Management & Telematics Software, Manufacturer & Part Supplier data, Tableau, Business Objects and various spreadsheets. FMS system functionality shall include but not be limited to the following functionality: Vehicle and equipment record management, Vehicle and equipment maintenance management, Reliability analytics and management, Asset strategy optimization, Compliance and integrity management, Manufacturer recall management, Parts availability and ordering, Mechanic time management. The FMS system solutions shall be capable of but not limited to integrating disparate vehicle and equipment operational, performance, and maintenance information. The tool should be capable of but not limited to, extensive ad hoc reporting and have functional features that support best in class reliability initiatives, drill down reliability analytics, reliability metrics/KPIs, vehicle and equipment life cycle costs, mechanical integrity tracking, bad actor reporting, exception reporting, vehicle and equipment criticality, condition and support reliability center maintenance.
