Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. The solution must be compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) Hazard Communication Globally Harmonized System and Environmetnal Protection Agency (“EPA”) Tier 2 reporting requirements. ii. Software shall include data migration and configuration of existing SDS library and company-wide (multiple site) chemical inventory tracking and reporting to new Companymanaged SDS library. iii. Provide read/write access and read only access for SDSs. iv. Provide user access to view data with compartmentalized, restrictions by area/location or role. v. The software solution shall provide the ability to track chemical storage locations, produce hazard communication reports such as Tier 2 and Texas Workplace Chemical Lists, produce Global Harmonized System (“GHS”) compliant labels, convert other units of measure to pounds, etc. vi. The software solution shall provide prepopulated data fields with data from SDSs such as density, National Fire Protection Association (“NFPA”), etc. Data shall be archived to meet federal and state requirements. vii. The software solution shall provide fully formatted reporting. viii. The software solution shall provide for user ad-hoc reporting, as needed. ix. Custom reporting shall be scoped on a case by case basis, as requested and agreed upon with CPS Energy. x. Data shall be backed up at an alternative location where data is protected against unforseen catastrophic events (mass flooding, fire, etc.).
