Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The consultant will provide overall project management by guiding four (4) faculty committees. 2. Assist faculty committees in drafting operational policies on earning tenure, removing tenure, performance review of tenured faculty, and opportunities and resources for faculty professional development. 3. Provide the College with a tenure manual based upon faculty committee findings. ; 3. Consultants are to propose a policy development plan for each committee including expected time requirements for all activities. Time commitment for committee members should not exceed 40 hours per person. 4. Proposals must include a clear description of the consultant plan to complete the tenure manual (i.e. in what order will the projects be completed, how long each component will take to complete, etc.) 5. The consultant will facilitate a faculty driven process.
