The Authority invests assets of the Plans with various external managers, in a broad spectrum of investment strategies, with daily accounting and unitization. The selected Proposer will be expected to provide the following basic services, at a minimum: A. Provide accurate and timely trade settlement, safekeeping, delivery, trade-dated investment accounting, income collection, securities valuation, investment performance reporting, compliance reporting, short-term and overnight cash investments, corporate actions, class actions and proxy processing, and other related services in accord with these investments. B. Maintenance of confidential participant and beneficiary records, and comprehensive benefit payment processing through monthly distribution and a variety of payment methods and gateways. D. Timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual detail transaction, asset listing and full accounting reporting. E. Provide Authority staff with direct access to any available investment publications produced by the Proposer’s firm.
