Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. SELF-CONTAINED UNIT CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain, and maintain all medical and office equipment and supplies, including computer equipment, necessary for the operation of the Clinic The mobile unit will be open to students during back to school registration event (Back to School Bash) on August 8, 2019 from 5:00am to 8:00pm and will take students on a first come first serve basis B. CLINIC STAFF NEEDS CONTRACTOR MUST provide all staff and labor, equipment, and supervision for management of an onsite mobile unit health clinic CONTRACTOR will ensure that any professional medical provider rendering services to students has and maintains a current and valid license to practice his or her profession in the state of Texas Mission CISD will identify a liaison who will be the primary contact for the CONTRACTOR during the term of the resulting contract for the purpose of answering questions and providing information and assistance Bilingual staff shall be available at the time of services C. MEDICAL RECORDS Physicians and other professional personnel staffing the mobile unit clinic shall maintain appropriate and legally required clinical records for each student seen or treated at the mobile unit clinic CONTRACTOR shall ensure that clinical records are safeguarded against loss or unauthorized use and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the privacy and security of such records
