Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Houston Community College, (“HCC”) or (“College”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the purchase of a Student Experience Software as a Service (SaaS). HCC desires to solicit proposals for the purchase of robust and user-friendly software that: • Interfaces with the current HCC Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning system (9.0 – 9.2 October 2018); • Interfaces with local area ISDs and institutions of Higher Education in the Houston area; • Allows for seamless student experience in the use of the application throughout their enrollment with local area ISDs and institutions of Higher Education in the Houston area; • Integrates data from other current tools such as HCC’s Learning Management System, Canvas; Student Orientation; Student engagement tracking systems; • Facilitates student onboarding process and tracking; • Guides students from interest through the application process; • Provides progress toward program goals; and • Includes continuous communications to completion and transfer/employment for students, administrators, faculty, and advisors
