Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Respondents to provide technical support to the TMD’s Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) Sustainability Branch in order to update the Environmental Management System (EMS). 2.1 Provide a basic level of understanding of roles and responsibilities to the cross-functional team (CFT) by meeting individually with all members and all staff involved in this project. 2.2 Review, update, or change the TMD EMS’s Aspects & Impacts (A&Is) matrix by working individually with all members of the (CFT), subject matter experts (SMEs), TMD EMS staff, and pertinent positions. 2.3 Determine the degree of importance for all Aspects and Impacts noted on the matrix by following the procedure outlined in the TMD EMS Manual Determine Objectives and Targets for the organization. 2.4 Develop Action Plans to achieve the designated Objectives and Targets. 2.5 Establish procedures to monitor and measure key characteristics of those A&Is deemed important. 2.6 Close as many non-conforming findings that pertain to the A&Is, EMS Manual, and Operational Controls as possible.
