Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.2.1 Contractor will provide on-call, as-needed, temporary utility operations, maintenance and repair as well as space renovation projects managed by the University Office of Facilities (“Facilities Department”) and related services as more particularly set forth below (collectively, the “Services”). 5.2.2 Schedule; No Guarantee - Contractor will perform the Services on-site at University’s premises. Contractor’s services will typically be performed during normal working hours, with some weekend and irregular hours required. Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that University offers no commitment or guarantee as to the amount of Service hours that will actually be requested by University and provided by Contractor under this Agreement. 5.2.3 Implementation of Services - During the term of the Agreement, University expects that it may require certain Services to be performed by Contractor with regard to specific facilities related operations and Maintenance functions to include but not limited to: (i) Utility plant operations and maintenance (ii) Fire alarm and fire suppression systems maintenance and repair (iii) Maintenance and repair of electrical system and components (iv) Maintenance and repair of interior and exterior structural components (v) Execution of internal space renovations (vi) Maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and controls. (vii) Prepare equipment and furniture for movement. (viii) Execute and or manage interior exterior building renovations Dependent upon the specific then-current requirements of the Facilities Department, University may request Contractor to perform all or any portion of Services in support of the Facilities Department.
