Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Concessionaire shall fully comply with all Airport Operating Instructions promulgated by the Director. 3.2 Concessionaire's Concession shall be conducted in a manner so as to meet the needs of the traveling public and in a manner, that will reflect positively upon the Concessionaire, its employees, its Independent Contractors, subcontractors, the City, and HAS. The Concessionaire, shall offer quality services and shall equip, organize, and efficiently manage the Concession to provide First Class Service. 3.3 Concessionaire shall neither commit nor allow any nuisance, noise or waste in or about the Airports or annoy, disturb or be offensive to other users of the Airports. Concessionaire shall use best efforts to eliminate vibrations and to maintain the lowest possible sound level in the operation of its Concession. 3.4 Concessionaire shall take all reasonable measures in every proper manner to maintain, develop and increase its Concession business at the Airports including, but not limited to, operating and managing its Concession to the service standards as hereinafter described. 3.5 Concessionaire shall have the ability to lease advertising space on the interactive video kiosks typically located in baggage claim and meet & greet terminal areas. 3.6 Directional signs in the terminal areas shall indicate the location of shared ride, door-to-door passenger van curbside loading areas. 3.7 Concessionaire(s) drivers shall have in their possession, inside the vehicle, GPS devices or detailed street maps of all the areas served by Concessionaire.
