Specifications include, but are not limited to: - GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1. The RFP for Senior and Underclass pictures will be awarded to the company selected by each campus Principal using one or a combination of the following evaluation methods: a. Yearbook teacher individually evaluates and makes award recommendation to principal. Principal makes final award decision. b. Yearbook teacher and principal/ principal’s designee(s) evaluate; then principal/principal’s designee makes final award decision. 2. Bidders must supply each school with samples of work done in similar schools of similar sizes including packets, portraits and color glossies. These samples will be retained as standards for all future work done by the successful bidder(s). Bidders, at the campuses’ discretion, may be required to present picture package options and accessories to one or more of the groups listed above. 3. Each school will select the company to furnish its senior pictures and a company to furnish underclass pictures based on the bid information, any presentation or presentation materials (if requested), and samples submitted with the proposal.
