Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Allow agency authorized users to run searches;b.Ability to run real time searches that will allow for a string of keywords to search online news or social media sources and find relevant results in the form of articles or posts. Any results related to the GLO or Commissioner must include a hyperlink to the original source article or post.c.Dashboards searches to include widgets. The type of widgets desired by the GLO include access to both brand monitoring and brand analysis widget groups, including potential reach, sentiment score, share of voice, advertising value equivalency, top languages, rss feed, content streams, media exposure, world heat map, trending themes, top publishers and top location widgets. d.Public Relations Insight Reports, including any of the following data points: media exposure, reach by similar web, top publications, top influencers, automated sentiment analysis and net tonality score (nts) benchmarking, and comparative analysis of up to nine (9) competitors. The software shall generate the reports in pdf format at a minimum frequency of once per month. e.The selected Respondent shall include training and support for the proposed software solution. Support includes data conversion, data transfer, and the importation of the existing data from the current software. A test environment must be included in the Respondent’s proposed solution.
