Specifications include, but are not limited to: services. A. DESIGN/BIDDING SERVICES: This task consists of all services necessary to take the project from initial concept through bidding, and includes: 1. Kick-off Conference. The consultant shall meet with Township staff to detail the project’s concept, program and scope. The consultant shall prepare an agenda, take minutes, and distribute minutes. 2. Review the following documents/plans, as provided by The Woodlands Township: a. Demographics of The Woodlands Township b. Attend up to three meetings and receive input on the project from the Parks and Recreation Advisory Council, the Village Association of Indian Springs and one community wide meeting. Township staff will facilitate these meetings. c. The current inventory of the Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation system d. The Woodland Township demographics, economics impact, market and socio-economic data. e. The Woodlands Township Resident Study (2016, 2018). f. The Woodlands Township Needs Assessment (2011) g. The Woodlands Parks and Recreation Systems Standards. h. Existing Park Plans (PDFs).
