Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall perform the following work in accordance to attachment m., General Conditions for Dry Docking and Related Work, for ferryboats as needed: Dry docking, Painting, Cleaning, Routine Maintenance and Emergency Repairs to comply with USCG regulations and to acquire the vessels COI. 1. Dry docking for both vessels 2. Engine Replacements – Generators/Main Engines 3. Hull Inspections – Yearly unless needed before 4. Major Welding or fabrication to hull 5. Cleaning of hull and inspecting and or replacing keel coolers 6. Painting of vessel hulls 7. Replace (lead anodes) under hull 8. Inspection of propellers/shaft and rudder 9. Repairing and or replacing broken propellers/shafts or rudders 10. Engine alignments to both ferry vessels – if needed 11. Diesel fuel tanks repaired and or flushed – if required 12. Plumbing repair or replacement to all fuel or water lines or valves that require steel piping 13. Day tank repairs or replacement – all Diesel engines cooling systems 14. Exhaust repairs and or replacement – all vessel engines 15. Deck repairs requiring major work to top side – barrier gates and bulwarks
