Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide District with clean, quick, and safe solution to disposing of used cooking oil. 2. Provide an inside storage tank, equipped with pump and motor system, and locking lid. The tank capacity should be approximately 400 gallons. The tank shall contain a ball float inside the tank, which will shut off the motor if the level of the tank reaches a certain level. The tank is the property of the Contractor. 3. Ensure the tank sits on a platform that will contain spillage up to the maximum amount of storage capacity. The storage container will be ported to the outside of the building so the Contractor can access and empty it, without having to come inside the facilities. 4. Provide two transport shuttles. The shuttles are the property of the Contractor. 5. Keep the equipment and storage space clean and free of used cooking oil. This includes the floor and walls surrounding the storage area, as well as the walk-way used to transport used cooking oil. The District routinely inspects the storage area for violations. Any violations must be cured by Contractor within eight (8) hours upon notification by telephone. 6. Each piece of equipment must have printed name, address and working phone number of Contractor applied to the storage container in minimum of 1” letter and numbers. This is for emergency purposes. 7. Be responsible for spills directly related to removal of used cooking oil to include floors, walls, walkways, and parking area. Spills must be removed to the satisfaction of the District.
