Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Perform preventive maintenance and testing at the beginning of the contract and quarterly thereafter, on all listed, covered equipment at B of A Plaza. Preventive maintenance must be scheduled to have zero impact on day-to-day use of the communications systems. 2. Provide 24/7 X 365 days emergency restoration of service on any listed, covered equipment. 3. Provide an emergency contact number answered 24/7 X 365 days. 4. Respond to service calls from Dallas ISD Radio Shop within one hour. 5. Provide a qualified repair technician onsite within three hours from time of the first service call. 6. Supply sufficient back-up equipment to maintain radio frequency coverage. 7. Provide for repair of equipment onsite at B of A Plaza, without interruption of service.
