Allow flexibility with visualization to include both table and chart display options. Student data and data trends should be in one centralized location which includes data drawn from the student information system, state assessments, benchmark assessments, college board assessments, progress monitoring data, TEA accountability indicators, special program data, etc. Automated nightly uploading of data from the different data sources or with API capabilities. The program should be able to identify school-wide, and district-wide trends in attendance, discipline, performance, and assessments (both state and benchmark). Statistical information should have multiple year comparisons. Predictive analytics preferred. Show demographic flags for SPED, ELL, GIFTED, ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, HOMELESS, TITLE 1, MILITARY CONNECTED, FOSTER CARE and other indicators. Group students together to track cohorts over time using data-specific searches Track student data on a map to look for and take action on geographic trends Track and aggregate teacher attendance data including years of experience and substitute fill rate. Ability to display number of teacher vacancies preferable. Accepting of Ed-Fi compliant data with the capability of multi-year Operational Data Storage display Ability for ad-hoc reporting with an embedded business intelligence tool for specific district purposes in addition to prepared reports Web-Based (Chrome) Device Agnostic
