Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Products should be transferred from the product trays onto the rotary infeed table. 2. The rotary table should transfer the vials onto the Quadrel ProLine product conveyor. 3. The servo feed screw should pace and separate the various size vials for the proper spacing. 4. The vials should be pocketed into the vertical trunnion roller conveyor which stabilizes and controls the vials throughout the wrap labeling sequence. 5. The labeled products should exit the ProLine conveyor and accumulate on the outfeed rotary table. 6. The vial labeler should handle 2, 4, 6, 8 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 and 100mL glass vials. 7. The vial labeler’s applied accuracy should be within ± 1/32”. 8. Production rate of the vial labeler is up to 300 products per minute. 9. Vendor shall provide one premium servo label applicators with the following specifications. a. 4‐1/2” web width, maximum label width 4‐7/8” b. 1/2” aluminum plate construction c. 16” label unwind capacity d. Dispensing speeds up to 3000” per minute 10. Vendor shall provide non‐proprietary controls with overhead mount. a. All electronics mounted overhead for protection from environment and ease of service b. Setup memory capable of at least 50 label presets c. Allen‐Bradley® Micrologix 1400 PLC d. Allen Bradley® 700 PanelView Plus color touchscreen HMI e. Product and label counters, elapsed hour meter, dispense speed and product per minute speed display on board diagnostics f. This machine is generally compliant with Category 3 Safety requirements. Safety certification is the responsibility of the customer. 11. Vendor shall provide a variable speed conveyor assembly with the following specifications. a. Stainless steel side plate assemblies b. 4‐Axis, heavy duty labeling head support
