Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall cover the use of properly registered pesticides and/or the use of approved devices at scheduled times and at pre-planned intervals to provide adequate and acceptable levels of insect, rodent, and termite detection and pest population suppression on City premises. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the full treatment pest control and termite inspection services for all common areas and buildings specified herein including all rooms, suites, lobbies, entry areas, offices, closets, storage and equipment areas, toilets, sink drains, plumbing areas, kitchens, hallways, stairwells, attics, elevators, shop areas, seating areas, police holding jail and jail kitchen area, vending machine areas, suspension ceiling interiors, basements, outdoor dumpsters, outdoor generators, surrounding pool areas (mechanical support/filtration), plus any other building portion or part not specifically described herein.
