Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assess DART’s current culture and organizational alignment and structure, including current groupings of work functions and reporting relationships. This effort will also include the following deliverables: o Review current EEO Program elements and recommend improvements (please provide separate line item pricing for this element); o Review current Employment Manuals and recommend contemporary employee policy revisions (please provide separate line item pricing for this element). • Provide recommendations to improve cultural and organizational alignment and identify accountability gaps and work force planning needs; • Suggest improvements and policies required that will move the organization into alignment with DART’s vision of being a leader in the transit industry that focuses on providing Mobility as a Service; • Assess the degree of alignment and support among senior leadership team members for executing the strategic change initiatives.
