Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1. Analysis of staffing levels throughout the organization (including class loads student/teacher ratios). Please note that this is not a salary study. See attachments under #4 below. Phase 1 will need to be completed between October 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018. Phase 2. Duplication of similar products, services, systems and software utilized throughout the district. Phase 2 will need to be completed between October 1, 2018– January 31, 2019. Phase 3 (Optional) (1) Peer group comparisons (for Phase 1). Possible peer district selections would be chosen from the table below and determined between the District and selected Respondent if option 3 is actually performed.
