Specifications include, but are not limited to: The winning Contractor(s) will have preferred rights to provide high quality catering services for Museum events. Catering services include but are not limited to food, beverage, staffing, rentals, floral, decorations, entertainment, valet, photography, and videography services for special functions and facility rentals held in the Museum. The Contractor(s) shall have the exclusive right to all alcoholic beverage sales during any catered event. The SPB reserves the right to occasionally allow donated food and beverages to be provided by a vendor other than the Contractor(s) for a Museum‐sponsored event. The right to use other food service contractors for select catering functions will be retained by the SPB. Designated public space in the Museum (see Appendix 2), including the +/‐ 18,000 square foot 1st floor main lobby able to seat 500+ for dinner, may be by groups or organizations for dinners, receptions, meetings, seminars, lectures, and similar activities during certain hours on a fee basis. All arrangements pertaining to such events must be made through the Museum’s Special Events Team. A 400 square foot catering kitchen is located on the first floor with access to the loading dock elevator. Respondent should describe in detail a proposed catering plan, and provide a portfolio with examples of prior events it has catered successfully
