Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor must develop a full-service Offender Education Program (OEP) workshop registration to provide online registration to applicants who have been preapproved by the Department to attend the workshop portal. Workshops can be conducted in person, via virtual learning, or via an electronic learning platform. The Selected contractor must maintain the registration portal allowing each person to register and make online payment. The portal must: be able to collect registration fees online and by mail; limit class sizes to no more than 25 students. The selected contractor will provide support while TDLR staff test the online portal to ensure components are functioning correctly and meets specification referenced in this SOW prior to deployment. The selected contractor will assist TDLR in the development of a User Acceptance Test Plan, test cases, and test scripts. TDLR will perform the test cases and execute the test scripts to verify operation of the Online Portal. The selected contractor will resolve configuration issues reported during User Acceptance Testing. TDLR will facilitate the UAT preparation and execution.
