Specifications include, but are not limited to:The OAG requires bids from qualified vendors for a turn key solution for meeting space/site rental (3 full days) to include lodging, secure parking, in house food and beverage service, Wi-Fi access, audio visual equipment and technician, adequate meeting space, early set up on the first day from noon to 7 p.m., two (2) day(s) conference, both days from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., to be held in the month of June 2018. OAG requires the venue accommodate up to two hundred (200) seats in the general session ballroom. In addition, a block of hotel rooms to accommodate one hundred twenty-five (125) guest rooms or better. The estimated number of attendees for the conference is one hundred fifty (150).
