Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8.5. Be on-site within four (4) hours from time of initial TxDOT request for service unless otherwise mutually agreed upon, in writing, between the vendor and the designated TxDOT representative. 8.6. Maintain or have access to an inventory of all essential components and equipment required to maintain the security system(s) and associated equipment. 8.7. Have the appropriate service manuals, proper tools, test instruments, and factory supplied repair parts when reporting to the job site. 8.8. Provide a service ticket for each service request. Include the following on the service ticket: 8.8.1. Building number, Location. 8.8.2. Floor number. 8.8.3. Name of technician(s) performing the work.
