Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Cleaning service (Includes 3 day porters). 2 Carpet Shampoo. 3 Strip and Wax. 4 Emergency Services. a. Daily Cleaning Services are the janitorial services provided after business hours, including but not limited to, trash pick-up, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting and high dusting, restrooms cleaning and restocking supplies, glass doors cleaning among other activities considered daily services. Some buildings will have different tasks based on the nature of the location. Specifics per location will be provided by METRO’s Project Manager. b. Periodical services are those that are being scheduled and performed on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, such as carpet shampoo, floor strip and wax, floor scrub and wax, restrooms extra sanitation. Some buildings will have different tasks based on the nature of the location. Specifics per location will be provided by METRO’s Project Manager. c. Day Porter Services are those janitorial services which are conducted during business hours, such as restrooms cleaning and restocking paper and soap supplies in restrooms, trash police in lobbies, and assist Facilities Maintenance Supervisors with any janitorial tasks. Specifics per location will be provided by METRO’s Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. d. Utility Worker Services (at 1900 Main only) are those activities which are conducted during business hours, such as assisting with minor office furniture moves, restocking of supplies, relocation of shred bins and other activities as determined by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
