Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Interior restoration design and layout • Interior space design • Building amenity upgrades • Interior accessibility upgrades and code compliance • Interior finishes design and selection • Design concepts and solutions • Furniture planning and specifications • Space requirements, efficiencies, planning, inventories, budgeting • Development of furniture specification sheets and installation schedules to include, coordinating and providing furniture fixture and equipment (FF&E) lists; development of specification and bid documentation with university Project Manager and Procurement staff; perform complete review and assessment of FF&E floor plans provided by prime project Architectural firm for accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate, observe, and provide oversight during bidding, purchasing, fabrication, delivery, and installation of FF&E; review, assess, and assist with oversight and coordination of scheduling of installation timeframes with university Project Manager, Construction Manager, and General Contractor • Development and creation of finish board with samples of materials/fabrics • Development and production of renderings • Move and furniture planning, coordination, delivery, and installation • Ability to meet contract and insurance requirements • Coordinate and work on a variety of project assignments varying in size, complexity. and scope and with project managers and stakeholders
