Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant shall demonstrate service delivery and staffing qualifications and experience in the following IT services areas: 3.1.1 Project/Program Management – Project Managers; Consultants; Analysts 3.1.2 IT Planning 3.1.3 Business Cases and Feasibility Analysis 3.1.4 RFP / Specifications Development /Procurement Support 3.1.5 Applications Design and Development 3.1.6 Systems Implementation, Testing, Commissioning 3.1.7 Technology Business Process Engineering and Problem Resolution 3.1.8 Data Analytics, Contextualization, Airport Collaborative Decision Making 3.1.9 Geospatial data collection and analysis 3.1.10 Development of technical training content and delivery to end user 3.1.11 Technology Design including IT Construction Support – IT Infrastructure and Specialty Systems 3.1.12 IT Airports Representative in construction and design projects 4 IT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 4.1 Design development is related to IT system design services. No architectural or engineering design services shall be ordered, nor be permitted to be ordered, through this contract (architectural or engineering design services are required to be procured per the process defined in Texas Government Code 2254). The Airport reserves the right to order architectural or engineering design services under a separate contract(s) procured as required by Texas Government Code 2254. 4.2 IT Design development may include, but not be limited to the following: 4.2.1 Project site visits and coordination with Airport staff as required. 4.2.2 Research of the Airport's record documents and existing IT conditions. 4.2.3 Develop and submit a detailed project schedule. 4.2.4 Coordinate and attend design meetings (attendance of disciplines as approved by the Airport's representative) as directed by the Airport's ITS Department representative. 4.2.5 Prepare necessary exhibits and attachments as requested by the Airport's representative and required for IT project development.
