Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.5.1 Integrate with PeopleSoft, including Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management (HCM). 5.5.2 Allow for retention of electronic records for a period of five (5) years beyond program end date. 5.5.3 Ability to archive Post announcements and/or export stored records from system after designated point in time, (e.g. after 5 years beyond program date.) updates that disappear when/if they expire. 5.5.4 Provide sandbox environment to be available after go-live. 5.5.5 Provide optimal user experience whether on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. 5.5.6 Offer technical support to the University and OIS to configure the system ensuring the functionality meets the requirements. 5.5.7 Provide training to staff, specifically OIS system administrators, University Information Management Systems (IMS) staff, and other service area staff. Training shall be available during installation and implementation on an “as needed” basis thereafter for the duration of the term. 5.5.8 Proposer shall transfer appropriate operational functions to University staff, e.g. ability to add or remove users, system administrators, manage data, customize reports, etc. 5.5.9 Provide robust reporting capability, including the ability to create queries and ad-hoc reports. 5.5.10 Be configurable, as such giving University the ability to be self-sufficient in setting up the system to meet any changing business needs (e.g. make future business decisions).
