Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 Proposers shall have an established data catalog product available in use within the United States for a time period of at least 3 contiguous years. 2.1.2 Experience with Texas governmental agencies is preferred but not required. 2.1.3 Vendor shall have a minimum of five referenceable clients where the software is currently up and running, and the client's revenues equal to or exceeding $600 Million per year, with an employee base equal to or exceeding 2,000 2.1.4 Vendor must provide a robust software support structure that provides 24X7 phone and web support for technical support and issue resolution. 2.1.5 Vendor must provide Instructor Led Training options, preferably in the D/FW Metroplex area; 2.3.1.1 The system shall allow access to all employees (minimum of 2000). 2.3.1.2 Include at least 5 DFW site administrators as on-site metadata managers 2.3.1.3 The system shall allow a minimum 25 user accounts as data steward committee members with the ability to add / modify definitions, special data usage instructions, metric logic, and other business-related metadata. 2.3.1.4 The system shall keep 5 Auditors accounts. 2.3.1.5 The system will allow roles to be specified with different security accesses such as End User, Data Steward, Knowledge Manager, Developer, DFW Airport Site Administrator, and/or other Stakeholders.
