Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Trinity Metro Roof Top Unit Submittal for review. 2. Schedule meeting to review submittals and approve. 3. Provide eight (8) York Roof Top Units (or equivalent): a. One (1) York Series 20 - 17.5 Ton Roof Top Unit b. Two (2) York Series 10 - 7.5 Ton Roof Top Unit c. Two (2) York Sunline - 5 Ton Roof Top Unit d. One (1) York Sunline 20 - 3 Ton Roof Top Unit e. Two (2) York Series 10 - 10 Ton Roof Top Unit 4. Coordinate and schedule work with Trinity Metro facilities personnel. 5. Coordinate pre-construction with sub-contractors for safety and site requirements. 6. Provide Microsoft Project Schedule for work path. 7. Coordinate staging areas for crane and equipment. 8. Lockout/Tag out electrical to existing roof top units. 9. Disconnect existing roof top units electrical. 10. Inspect ductwork for any fasteners or screws attached to roof top unit frame. 11. Disconnect condensate piping from units. 12. Disconnect Metasys controls and remove controller for roof top units. 13. Stage crane in owner specified area for rigging and removal of roof top units. 14. Rig and set new roof top units on existing roof curbs. 15. Install condensate piping roof supports as needed. 16. Install new Copper condensate drain piping and tie into existing drain piping. 17. Reconnect electrical power wiring and terminate at unit connection point. 18. Install SA Bus to York roof top units. 19. Verify control operation, visibility, and functionality. 20. Dress-out roof top units with hail guards and economizers. 21. Check phase rotation on roof top units as applicable. 22. Perform start up and logging of roof top unit operation in cooling and heating. 23. Run test unit operation and clean-up work area.
