Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of these specifications is to establish two master agreements to provide the City of Dallas with grounds maintenance equipment and replacement parts for grounds maintenance and agricultural equipment for a term of sixty (60) months. EQUIPMENT Each piece of equipment shall be delivered with all safety, emissions and noise control equipment required by Federal and State laws. Vendors shall provide the City of Dallas with the most current model available. If within thirty (30) days after an order is placed a model change is announced or occurs, the City of Dallas will have the option to exchange for the newer model. Equipment meeting the most recent EPA (Tier 4 or 4i) and CARB emission standards will be given priority over less environmentally-friendly equipment. PARTS QUALITY Unless stated otherwise, only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts will be considered. All parts must be new and in original package.
