Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Removal of all liquid and waste b. Removal of waste build-up and trap walls and all associated equipment within the trap c. Clearing obstructions from inlet/outlet pipes to ensure unrestricted flow d. Emptying grease container and cleaning the container and filter basket e. Scraping down side walls f. Scraping all sides of tank g. Cleaning all sediment at the bottom of the tank h. Using hydro jet tank to remove any remaining residue i. Collecting all waste in the disposal tank and disposing as applicable to hazardous waste j. Collecting all fryer grease, if accumulated, and disposing of it as applicable to hazardous waste k. Deodorizing area surrounding tank l. Skimming in lieu of complete services will not be acceptable.
